Switched providers neither mag working

I switched to "Fire Wifi" now neither my Mag 322 or my Mag 256 work. I did a system reset, I filled in the Full address and switched the .tv to .ru. I've tried every combination of router settings I can. Direct ethernet connection, nothing. My 256 will load and show channel EPG but nothing beyond that. Same for movies. the 322 will not do anything I get page loading error and it says no internet even though with direct connection it says internet up in network info in setup. So in the midst of fighting it I tried my phone as a hotspot and it loads and works no problem
Thanks for any help EDIT on my 256 I get RT news EDIT AGAIN I've been fighting this for 5 hrs now and of course as soon as I post this for no rhyme or reason it starts working

Unplug the box do a iptv reset.Then log back in and switch the account to allow all country's and try again.

I'm having the same issue. My mag 254 boxes aren"t locking in to the internet. I just purchase a new subscription and changed the domain but I had the boxes discounted from power until they were activated. I can sign in to my provider but the system is saying no wifi connection or internet connection. I will try the iptv reset and see if that will work. I will follow up once I make it home.

If your box is saying it has no internet connection,Thats what the problem is. It won't connect to a server without a internet connection.
Try and hook the box with out using wired and see if it gets internet then.

I'm sorry for not mentioning Im using wifi. i saw in another blog that comcast customers are having problems. I was thinking it could be them stopping the box from connecting. Im going to try to iptv reset first but i have to make it home to discount the boxes.

Hook the box up using wired and then see if it gets internet.

I will troubleshoot and check the hard wire connection. I will give an update.

I was hoping someone would help me with my MAG254. I just dug it out of a drawer. When I turn it on it asks for username and password.I figured out how to bypass that. The hardware version thats installed is2.19-IB-00. It says image version 218 and image description 0.2.18-r23-254 The image date is Wed Aug 292018. The roof is version is the same and the JS API version is 343. I have never programmed one of these before. I loaded a flash drive with a new image and bootstrap and was going to load it when I realized that maybe I should be downgrading the firmware also or instead. Im not sure. Could someone please link me to instructions to fix this. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Mike the 254 is running the 218. There's no need to update software.
