    Morning I have a couple issues grateful for some help. I renewed my donation number thereafter I got a message STB Blocked on my MAG 254.

    1. I cant change the portal info on the Box to match what s the email, it is "greyed out"
    2. In the Donation Status checker, changing the portal does not toggle to the one I received in the email.

    Following a post to unblock the box, the menu button (above the volume) does not work

    The problem is,is you bought a box with a password lock.If you pm me the portal you want then i will try and get it changed.The best thing though is to by a new box.You will be happy you done it.New boxes have way better picture quality and you will have no chance of getting blocked by Infomir (which is another problem).Pm me the order#,donation# and email.

      Thanks for replying, Appreciated.
      I have had this box for the past four years. I followed the instructions for removing "Your STB has been Blocjed". However i am not able to enter any information in the portal1 URL, this tab is "greyed out" and is currentky bkank; eve when I bring up the key bard.

      The email Donation confirmation has portal p2. . In the donation status checker form it it togges between p1,p3 and p4, no p2.

      Whet are me options. Yes i have ordered a new box but until it arrives I would like utilize the service which i have paid for

            You can change the portal address but the box cannot be connected to the internet. Then you must start the box and enter the menu and go to portals to retype the new portal address. Then you can reconnect the box to the internet and it may work. I have had the same issue with my box in the past after updates to the portal.
