Can someone confirm which stalker is supported with this service ? Is it 5.1, or it they support all versions of ministra stalker ?

I can't see Infomir making Ministra middleware(STB) not backwards compatible for communicating with earlier Stalker v5.x Backend IPTV Servers.
I am not the expert though for Mags. check the Thread for that particular model.
Maybe it is a wifi problem ( or Router)

A reseller of mags have shared that the mag 349 would only work if the provider supports stalker 5.4 , can you contact the relevant people and advise ?

Mag 254,256 and 322 is fully compatible to Stalker 5.3
Mag 349 will require a Provider running Ministra 5.5 (Stalker re-named) and higher.

*Very bad to not make this clearer by the supplier of the STB.

You would have to ask Papiao directly, or a Super Mod. if they have that info.
