black screen on mag 256

Hi guys,

I recently purchased a mag 256 and subscription to ****** service.

When I try loading the m3u utl into portal 1 and do a restart portal the screen goes black and I can only access the settings menu through the settings button on the remote.

Does anyone have a solution to this problem?
