Change Internet Provider and my MAG 256 dosen' t work any more !

Hi everyone ! I have a MAG256 that works just fine but recently change my internet provider and stop working ! It put a black screen and the remote control not respond ! I already enter to the BIOS put NAN2 and set with the TV resolution but still doesn't work ! I reset the donation and it didn't work ! the strange part is that when I unplugged the ethernet cable I can enter to the main menu and only tell me that I don' t have internet but when I put the cable back still does not work ! Any ideas ? Thanks

Once you change providers.Did you do a iptv reset with the box unplugged?
