Videoclub not working

I've got a MAG 254. Everything is working well in the TV section. Unfortunately, nothing is working in the VIDEOCLUB section for about 2 weeks. I thought it was temporary but I've realized there's a problem that must be fixed. Your help is much appreciated. Thk you all and Happy New Year! The year is still young ????

Got MAG254. Just went to VOD section and clicked the “Where We Disappear” movie. It is working.

Which particular VOD movie is not working for you?

Nothing is working at all at the VIDEOCLUB section. I have tried dozens of movies unsuccessfully, including some that I watched very well last month. When I click a movie, the screen gets dark for a minute and goes back to the list. Plz advise, thk you.

Tried couple of the movies in the VOD section


they load for couple of seconds but somehow they are freezing.

Not good at this time to watch VOD’s. Try to watch the PPV channels instead until VODs will get fix. I saw couple of thread about VOD movies are freezing so you are not alone

I've read about the freezing as well. My problem is worse than that as the VOD movies don't load at all. Hopefully, we'll get them back soon. Will try the PPV in the mean time as per your advice. Thank you and God bless!
