I have a mag254 which I am having a terrible time trying to get the new donation to work. I keep getting YOUR STB IS BLOCKED CALL THE PROVIDER. | have checked my donation added my Mac address done a factory reset reinstalled all my setting, the did a donation reset and unplugged box and replugge multiple times with same results. I have checked triple checked my donation and everything seems ok. So asking for some help. Also I have never entered my username or password nor can I find a way to enter them.

The server does not ask for username and password.Make sure you have the proper Url in the box and the mac address is attached to the account and it's right. -
Where is the place other then the donation checker to I input the Mac addressComment

I was able to get in to check mac address and double checker url and both seem goodComment
