it starts freezing, getting choppy video and then loss of video. I do not get here often because things roll along somewhat fine. But the last few days it has been none watchable. Anything going I should know about? I can not find anything posted in a timely manner.

See this is what I was talking about, same thing happening to me. I have been a user for 2 years now this service has always had this problem and after 2 years I doubt it will ever be fixed. When anyone post this problem you always get a response from the mods of either its just you because mines is working great or its currently being worked on I'm sure it will be fixed but after 2 years of the same problem I have given up hope that this service will ever be fixed. The truth is this service will always have problems and be a hit or miss.

I've been here from day 1 also.
The Service has moved past those initial problems that appeared to be from lack of server capacity to handle the user requests as well as bandwidth.
If you are still having these problems, it is definitely something on your end.
First thing to do is a DSL Speed Test of your Internet connection during prime time (around 8-10 pm).
*You need a minimum of 6 mb/sec for watching 1 HD channel (add 2mb if you want to be sure, as your STB, cellphone, router etc., will all use bandwidth intermittently)
...and older MAG's cannot handle HD @ 1080 very well also.

You have your own set of problems. Because the service has been perfect for the longest time. This has been just the last few days.
Iceman I have nothing to hide and neither does the activity button at the top of the page. If its as bad as you say it is then there would be many complaints. You talk like your the only one on the server.Last edited by Dodgeit; 11-02-2018, 02:54 PM.

I have had a issue the last few nights with a buzz.I switched back to The T1 and no problems at all.It has to have something to do with the server end and may also be better once the buzz gets an update and you will be able to set the buffer.I only have 6mbps so speed has nothing to do with it. Well it does but it has to be consistent.Your 50 mbps means nothing if it's not consistent there maybe allot of traffic on the net where you are especially if you live in a building.

Try this and see if you get any dropped packets.Like i said it don't matter how fast your internet is but it has to be consistent.
