    Cleared user data problem

    I am using a mag 254 box, but I mistakenly cleared the user data in the settings area and now I am unable to get back into settings.
    i tried rebooting by plugging in and out. Can anyone help

      I don't have the original remote, I am using the remote that I downloaded from the play store, and it the menu button doesn't give that blue screen
