Need help, my 254 is not working anymore, every time i logon it's giving me dhcp error, i try to reboot with the method of th blue screen and still giving me the same error. Any taught?

DHCP error relates to your Routers setup or problem with it.Originally posted by Stgerm View Post
Most routers are set to default to DHCP (Dynamic)mode (automatically assigns network address to devices that connect to it), otherwise it is in a Static mode requiring you to register an address for each device.
Try turning off all networked devices, Reset your Router(Proper resetting procedure), or you can just 1st unplug power from the router for 5min., then power it up, wait 5 more minutes then turn on the connected devices.
If you still get that message, you either have a faulty STB or Router. If other network devices are workiung properly, it is probably your STB.
