Router went bad and was replaced by Charter. Now MAG254 will not connect. Has - http://p5.iptvprivateserver.tv/ - IP ADDRESS is 192.168.0.5. I do not remember adding the "/" at the end of the url. I have tried to delete the / but so far no luck (if this is the reason for the non-connect to the internet. Any suggestions?

Also try an iptv reset using the donation checker.

should the url be put in portal 1 or portal 5? i did my setup but put it in portal 5 since it says p5 but im getting stb blocked contact provider
