No internet

Why it says message
Error and no internet, but when I put the other box it's working. Any help, thanks.....

Try restarting your modem and router and see if that solves the problem.

Thanks but, why when I put differnt box, it's working, internet is okay and can watch movies....only the other one has no internet.

Have you tried to restart your router? just because 1 is working doesn't mean there is not a problem they may be fighting for the same ip address.

Thanks Dodgeit, I did what you suggested but did'nt work so I did the factory reset and entered again all info, finally it works. Watching TV again....Thanks again...
