Authentication log in and password: error

Hi all,
What is the Authentication log in and password? Is it the donation number? I entered them and gave me error?
is there a complete setup guide that I can follow?
There was one but no where that I can enter my donation number, key number....
Any help really appreciate.

Register your mag mac address first from the web site

I had the same issue earlier tonight. It seems your MAC Address is case sensitive, in my case, I switched from upper case letters to lower case letters. Problem solved

Para tu caso debes entrar a este formulario usando la informacion de tu donacion vieja y eliminarle tu mac:

Luego hagas eso utiliza este mismo formulario para colocarle la mac a tu nueva donacion. Si tienes cualquier problema con este proceso comunicate con [email protected] y explicales tu inconveniente, no olvide bridarles la informacion de pago de ambas donaciones y tu mac.

So i logged out accidentally and now trying to get back and every time i enter the donation number i received... i keep getting an error ! any idea?
