I have try everything before I post it here. getting the message "Your STB is blocked. Call the provider" I did check order status from the site all the results are fine I got
"Hello My Email Address, your donation(s) has been assigned:
OrderId:# My Order
Password: N/A
IPTV Portal: p1.**********.tv
Please use the following IPTV + Free IKS Route(s) as the Username and Password in your Receiver:
No. Username and Password MAC Address
1 My Donation Info
Etc....
But I can not use the box, when I go check the donation "IPTV Reset & Donation Checker" from I input my info but I return an error "The information provided is incorrect please try again" I copy and paste the info from the "SEARCH YOUR ORDER" form that has all my info but no luck.
I has been more than 72hours and still not working. I follow the steps listed here as well " Closed, Sticky: How to fix STB Blocked?

BTW I never received an email confirmation from with steps and account info but when I do the search it does shows as "your donation(s) has been assigned"
I sent several emails to "[email protected]" as well as using the HELP Form on the site but not getting any responses from them.
NOW what to do?
Did I lost my money?
