Issues connecting with ethernet cable

hi sorry new to this site do not know if I've posted in the right section can someone please help me my Ethernet cable going into the back of my mag 254 Will not connect says no Internet available if I connect Wi-Fi works perfectly fine I know my cables good my modem lights are on both on the modem and on the back of the mag would appreciate anyone's help thank you

Have you tried testing the ethernet cable on another device like your computer to make sure that the cable or connection is good?

Do you have wireless disabled ?

Yes the cable works perfectly fine and I do have the wireless disabled very weird I have an IP address it showing me my MAC address on Wi-Fi will work perfectly fine just no Internet available

What firmware is on it maybe try a factory reset but do it twice in a row.
