No Service - Page loading Error

Ive been having issues with no channels for more than a week. Papiao assisted by letting me know that hey have reseted my reseller account which portal is p1 and now when trying to load the portal i get Page Loading Error now. I am sure my internet is working as I can do other things with the mag254 online so what games to be the issue. Need help thanks in advance.

Reseller account? what do you mean by this? Are you using a Vpn?

Check the url in your mag and check the iptv portal with the donation checker and make sure they match up.

Ive checked them on many occasions, and everything matches up. Ive even tried a new mag and got the same problem.
