New is not necessarily better. Others have posted that there are problems with r18 and that r14 has been working the best.

My software update area does not give me an option for r18. It only presents r17, r16 and r14.

r18 I lost sound on some VOD movies, went back to r14 and sound is back. Seemed like it was recently added movies that had no sound

How to go back?R14 or is the R18 still in repair mode .older movies fine as you stated only new VOD no volume .

its in the software update section of the inner portal, you want the auto update set to confirm or off
