Looks like many are having a problem after a update from what i have been reading. It is suppose to load from nand or nand2.I don't own one but maybe some one will know if you can downgrade the file back to the previous file.

After wiping it comes back up with the r14 file still on it but no infomir logo but I have to put on r16 in order for it to load that image

You may have to wait for a new file if you can't get it to work.I'm sure infomir is aware of the problem. They seemed to have messed up a few boxes with the new update. Unless some one has a solution for you.I made a mistake only a select few are having problems the file problem was for the 256.

      Set tv settings to auto
For graphics set to Tv settings
Set Boot Mode to Nand 2
exit and save will boot and load then it will be back to factory settings

did all that but the person seemed to mess with the box before so I don't know what they messed up because it still keeps coming back up with r14 already installed after resetting. Only way I could get back the correct loading is to put on r16

Have you tried to load r14 on with a usb stick?

It will come back with a R14 and should have the factory logo screen

That explains why I get internet not available but other devices connect. Another update and another screwup
I went to reset to factory followed instructions and screen shows dhcp then to tftp load then back to dhcp then back to tftp load. How long does it take to reboot?
never had to rest in the past
figured it out. As helpful as ground wire instruction were it was not clear that after factory reset had to go back and reset boot from dhcp to band. Got going now but seems all US channels are kaput again
