cannot change portal # on Mag 254 box

I have just re subscribed, not renewed, IPTV subscription to ******* IPTV service. When attempting to input new info on SERVERS screen, it shows portal old portal URL. When I try to highlight the white bar thad shows the old URL #, I cannot change the bar to yellow so that I can input new numbers. Any suggestions as to what I should be doing? Is there a FACTORY reset button on the remote or on the Mag 254 box itself? I have also gone to the Papiao site and requested that a reset be made. Ralph

In the MAG menu there is settings. There you will find user info reset.
