mag won't load past yellow bar

i have four mags and none will load past yellow bar then goes to screensaver and locks up. this has been going on since last night could someone look into this. thank you.

try to change country lock to all, perform a reset on papio site then reboot your system.
also, try to use vpn if nothing works.
