Hello, i can’t set up my mag250

Make sure the MAC address of your STB is associated with your donation and the assigned server url is entered correctly in your STB server configuration

Also performing the IPTV reset in the donation checker will help.

I check all and keep block , my Mac is ok the server url is ok but I update don’t let me put my username and password only put me that is block

What do you mean update? You have updated the firmware? If so,
MAG STBs don’t ask for a username and password anymore when you update the f/w of STB.

The linking of your Stb’s MAC address to your donation and the given donation’s URL server information are entered in your STB are the primary data needed in order for your STB to communicate to the server. If something not matching then your device and server will not talk to each other.

Try this: pull power out from back of your STB, plug back the power. Wait up until you see at the bottom of screen “loading........”
then a black screen, wait up until you see “Loading Portal press menu”
immdiately press a button on RCU that has 3-dots and 3-horizontal lines
a “Select a portal for loading“ will pop up
on RCU press down arrow button to select “System Settings”
then go to “Servers”
then go to “Portals”
Portal 1 name
Portal 1 URL

Did you try the 3rd paragraph on post #5? That is the step by step process

leomalvarez1 Try changing to another portal with the donation checker. Then change the url in your box to match the new one. You can also try with full url.
