mag250 guide menu is not working and where are the ppv channels...use to be 500's

my mag250 buide is not working properly ... when I select channel change the channel list does not change to list the selected channels
I have to press backwards to "all" categories to get the listed channels...is this at iptv end or mine

also where are the ppv channels...b4 it was the 500's but no where to be seen

there is no PPV, the VOD movies are in the video club its next to TV on the main menu, click that and click movies
