Firmware update

What do I need to do for a firmware update. I went to the update area on my mag 250 when I tried to update it said wrong header retry. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!

What firmware is on it now?

It just says it is updated in the url where would i find the version.

Why are you trying to update it? I still run the r14 on mine and have no problems.As for where to check it it has to be in the settings somewhere i'm not near mine so i can't tell you exactly where it is.

It has a message that says your stb firmware needs to be updated a red dot in the lower right corner that says reload portal.

Hmm i haven't check mine is a week or so give me a few mins i'll go look

I'm not sure why it's saying that.As a matter of fact mine still has r11 on it and works fine.The only other thing you can try is unplug the box log into your account and try a iptvreset.

Thanks for all the help I did a factory reset that worked. Then in the update I put in http://mag.infomir.com.ua/250/r2/imageupdate
