bought a new MAG349 but it says STB NOT SUPPORTED

Hello, Anyone know how to solve this issue? I have putted my iptv address on portal and when I start portal it apears a blue message "STB NOT SUPPORTED"

I'm new at this so perpahs I had a bad configuration somewhere?? My provider doesn't know how to solve this and says it's from my side that somethings is wrong.

Mag 254,256 and 322 is fully compatible. Not sure about others
