t2prime loading problem

i have a new t2 prime and it continues to load every few seconds. i tried a reset, changed the portal number and this does not help. also the channels numbering is very different from my t1 and t2. itv starts on #78 on the other 2 boxes but on the prime they starrt on #1
any help,

Sorry to hear you have a t2 prime should of went with a buzz tv xpl 3000 there's no better !
