  • T2 wifi “connected fail” message

    I have just got a T2 and am having issues connecting to the wifi. I tested it before I purchased it and it worked fine, just doesn’t now.

    When I enter the wifi menu there are numerous networks displayed, I select mine, input the password and when it begins to process the message “connected fail” is displayed. Does anyone have experience with this? Any fixes?

    it is a T2 with a W1 antenna.

    Double check your password..click on "show password" that way you will know if your password is correct

      Double and triple checked. Even went into my router settings to verify...

        Can you just not connect and let it reboot, go to the settings and factory reset all, then when prompted during set up make sure you enter the right info, also make sure you update to latest firmware version.
