Trying to get the channel numbering changed from 1 etc. to the provider channel numbers. I have tried putting the full URL in the portal, no change, I have put both the short version in another portal slot and the long version in a different portal slot, no change. I have power cycled after each changed I tried and I even tried resetting the software, no change. I have not done a factory reset. Anyone got any ideas? Thanks.

Figured it out. Press MENU on the remote and then select SETTINGS and press OK. Scroll to Group Channel Numbering and turn it off. Then you will get the normal channel numbers.
