  • T2 update today for me

I turned on my T2 today and it took a update. The video started turning off and on over and over. I unchecked the hdmi auto adaptation and set custom display
to 1080 and it stopped flashing. I then set it back to 2060p 60 and all is working again. Just in-case if this happens to you. It is kinda of a bitch to get there while it is flashing but it is in settings >android > display Do not check HDMI auto adaption.

Thanks...advice saved me brain cells (yesterday) b/c I had my HDMI set to auto adaption; update effective and viewing quality is improved thanks also to NFPS.

You will see my post on HDMI Auto Adaptation, which confused me for a few days.
But since Dreamlink's T2 recent IPTV updates I observed that the video quality has improved, and I do not have to interfere with that Auto Adaptation again.

However, the instruction is to set it to "enabled" But before these updates, I use to be switching back and forth with the Auto Adaptation for better picture quality.
It is still set to "enabled" and the picture quality has improved.

I am wondering here what is the factory set indication for this Auto Adaptation - "enabled" or "disabled"
You can look at my post on HDMI Auto Adaptation below this one, and read the link that is posted there by another reader.
