1. The country Africa and USA I set it to the county changes and i used the this setting also allow all countries used this url http://p1.iptvprivateserver.ru/c/index.html all the P numbers still the same thing.

Why are you still running the beta firmware? Firmware was released March 8th for those models? Dont know if it will work but its something to look at. You can also try using the .tv url instead of .ru but that beta firmware is not the latest.

The beta firmware is the only firmware on it give you when you do the update firmware I try everything you have to have the box in front of you you really see what is the problem people will talk but don't really understand the problem until you physically do it so this is not new. I have already TV url and the same issue everyone have an opinion but no one can solve the problem so now all of that whats next I done and look into everything about these boxes and it all the same doing nothing changes I also the provider reset my account on this and still nothing used several internet providers still the same there are 22 customers on my account with these boxes and the all just frustrated with this problem can't used the services they paid for services,

have you tried connecting with an optional connection method ?
Go into Server Connections menu and open a new portal... Add Portal.
Then enter the Portal URL info
Then check the 'Log-In required' box and then enter the Username and Password info (12 digit donation credentials).

Then leave it as is and go to papiao website and log onto your code and remove the MAC from your code.
Then back to the Dreamlink and in the Portal menu and scroll down and Connect. for results.

I try using the username and password like you suggested add new portal used the login information from my account and remove the mac address still get the same error tried it on 4 of the different boxes message its started to connect get to 10% then give the error ( check portal URL server returned HTTP 403 code: 7-400)

I did a test with another IPTV provider and the box worked no problem I used someone's account for a test username and password. I know the boxed are working good but just can't connect to any of the Papiao's servers http://p3.iptvprivateserver.ru no matter which ones i used i am getting the same error weather I used Mac address or try Username and Password no luck.

Make sure the portal url is correct. Make sure your Mac is correct. You can try changing to another portal
