    Dreamlink T2 5G:
    Trying to connect to ***** and it says your account is blocked or expired. Contact your service provider. I logged in and checked my donation and it says active, mac address is correct. Also changed from server url S1 to S2, removed Mac, added Mac, and reset, and the problem persist. Please help. I'm not sure if the problem is related with the box or the service. I also noticed when I edit the portal url instead of seeing the mac #: 00:1E:B8: I can only see the ID #: ID #: 00:1A:79
    Any help will be appreciat it.

    Mac address always start with 00:1A:79..:..:.., input full portal like this p1.......tv/c/index.html in your box. I don’t know what your portal, hopfully not P2...make sure when you input number and letter,everything are correct.

          One of my boxes show unlock password... not sure what's the password any idea... it locks like they block the service for that box

              Joker I try that one but it doesn't work... I disconnecte everything wait for more than 10 min.. connect everything back again then star loading but the yellow bar never come out... only said unlock and the blank to put the password not even let me go to the set up or anything .... I have the mag 322

                  instead of waiting for a solution I would reset the box to factory and re-enter the information again, the password thing is not something that have to do with the service, I have one MAG322 and I just unplugged it from power and re-connected it and went right into service again, no change just reboot.

                      that totally worked... I used the ID from the settings on DOL 2 then input it in the mac section on donation checker, did an IPTV reset then restarting my dreamlink and it worked!
