Dreamlink P2, account is blocked or expired

trying to connect to NFPS it says your account is blocked or expired. contact your service provider. I logged in and checked my donation and it says active, mac address is correct. Also changed from P4 to P5, removed Mac, added Mac, and reset, and the problem persit. please help... Im not sure if the problem is related with the box or the service...

Hello Dodgeit. Im having the exact same issue as ZooZoo. I just bought 3 DreamLink T3's and 3 Donations and updated Mac's did everything just like my other previous times and nothing. Could you help me ?

Having the same issue since this morning. Did a reset, change portal and still account block. Donation was renewed this month.
