T3 portal problem?

I received my new T3 box yesterday and I connected it to the TV then I went and changed the Mac number to my new T3 box and I reset IPTV, but I keep getting error message saying account is blocked or expired code number 7, so I went back and changed the portal quite a few times and I reset IPTV quite a few times still getting the same message, I'm lost and confused any help would be appreciated? Thank you

I tried portal P6 and P3 same error message either one

make sure you are entering right Mac. if you look at the box your Mac starts with 00:1A:79..... which might be tabled as a ID.

yeah that requires lots of skills and my small almost full of storage already ahahahah I have to delete lots of data to make room
