What would a good replacement for the T3 Dreamlink,

Any Buzz is better.
I have tried quite a few boxes, the hardware, software, quality and support from buzz is over and above.
The newer Buzz TV 5 is a very nice interface.

No budget, just surprised me for the time I had the T3 Dreamlink..

Well if it's just to watch IPTV I would get the B5 or E5.If you want to do more including recording then I would get the X5 or U5.My main box is the X5 and it's fast.

If you liked the Dreamlink T3, why not a Formuler 10 or 11? I like my Dreamlink and it's essentially a newer Dreamlink version.
