account blocked or expired

Just got my donation today Try to connect to server and gets message your account is blocked or expired. Contact your service provider.I checked my donation and all is good but can not connect. Have bin working on this for about 3 hours with no luck. Can anybody walk me thru this?

Yes I am. I checked it many times. I have a feeling I'm not filling out the portal correctly.
The ID:shows the correct mac address
Downloaded DOL2 first
Nickname: NFPS
PortalURL: p5.iptvprivateserver.tv
login required:empty:
user ID and Password :empty:

It should work if you have everything right.Have you tried to unplug the box and do a iptv reset?
