Channels and epg on Dreamlink T2

Hello, I have an issue with my Dreamlink T2 box and NFPS program. Everything was ok until channels began to freez and roll back. This was with portal p6. I change the portal to p5 and everything change. The channels a totally diferent numbers and no info. I have tried the steps given on channel numbering and still the same. Need help, please.

try to switch back to portal 6 again. also use vpn for freezing issues. make sure box has enough ram. try to reboot box and kill all the running apps in the background.

I try to change to portal p6 on the papiao site and the portal that apearse are p2 or p5. The portal p6 doesn't come up when I change. What can it be?

I dont think that each portal has its own or different channel numbers. but you can send pm to nightmare and ask him to change to p6. but I doubt p6 would help.
what happened to original freezing issue?

Freezing has gone for now, but channels are numbers aren't the regular channels list and no info for channels.

maybe you want to factory reset and see if that helps.
