I received this message after i changed portals in donation checker i have 324 days left.
I tried pressing the change portal a couple of times and it only switches me from original P5 to P2 no choice.then back again

what is the current Firmware version and the current DOL version ?

That version description comes from the device info , but that is not really what is needed here.

What we need to see is the Firmware and the DOL version.
Open the Update app which should be found on your Home screen or in the Settings. This is where you can see the Firmware version and the DOL version that are currently installed.

Once you have that Update app opened, enter 0227 thru your remote and then hit the red button ... This should bring up a Firmware Beta version if available.
Install that and then check results if it helped.

once you change your portal make sure you have same portal on your device as well. then hit reset on provider site and check for result.

Same problem with customer, we reset the box, now we can't get my tv online to come back on to set it back up. Ideas please. Also won't update, says network problem, we checked that.

I went to the app ina red box it says update info error then underneath Firmware v 1.3.2 iptv v2.0.10

after you initially changed portals at the website, did you also change it in your receiver's server setup to match?
And follow that with an IPTV Reset

OK just noticed a possible problem not sure how to fix .When entering ifo like portal name i press down button then enter http etc and press Exit button this takes me back to the edit portal section. Any tips ?

Instead of using the Exit button, scroll over to the greenish colored arrow key on the onscreen keyboard.
What happens when doing that ?
And when it takes you back to Edit Portal section, is the http server address still there ?
If so, then scroll left to exit Edit Portal area and hit the OK button to connect.

I actually gave up after 3 hours or so trying every combination i could think of including changing portal again doing iptv reset on donation site doing factory reset of my T2 and nothing seems to work.I really dont know what else i can do.

Is the Credentials box unchecked in the portal setup ?
Is the portal info saved ? That would be the http URL
Is the T2 MAC attached to your code at the website ?

Exit the server setup page and use the LIVETV button on remote or the LiveTV shortcut on the Home screen. It may connect that way.

I turn box on and my portal page comes up my nickname is filled out my http portal is filled out the login required box is empty my mac is attached to my donation.

instead of using the Connect option while in the portal setup, exit that and use the LiveTV option found on Home screen or use the LiveTV button on your remote. to try and connect.

Hi there i went to donation removed mac did iptv reset then back in put mac back in reset........Did a factory reset on box put all my stuff back in still blocked ...went back into donation changed country to all countries and reset and voila i have tv finally...
