Can’t Get my Box to Reconnect ???

I have renewed and got the email that it was renewed
I then changed servers from 3 to 6 and hit reset
but my box still can’t connect i still get the your account has been expired message, any advice on how to fix this ?

ok i deleted the info on my box and typed it all back again new and now i got it to work

It wasn’t so I added the Mac ID and still get the error message

Did you make sure the mac address is still attached?
