        That's happening to me too on one of my mag 322 and is the only one that is doing that... the mac number is correct so what is wrong with it

          I am using a T1 and with DOL then the only thing you really enter is the port address for me HTTP\\1.iptvro----------.-- I have a reseller account and cannot log into the regular portal and change my portal if I wanted to. When I enter in my don# and user name is says incorrect information no matter what I put in. But my dashboard I can log into. I appreciate any help you may be able to offer.

            Well for 1 we only support NFPS here.
            For another you need to contact your reseller to get what you need done.This is why we always suggest to but strait from the source unless you know the reseller personally.

              Hi I am having the same issue. I am a new member . I made one donation. Entered the MAC# and input my email address associated with account and the password provided to me and it keeps telling me “blocked or expired” ???????? I’m sooo frustrated

                are you using dreamlink product?
                if yes, then did you enter your portal on dreamlink box?
                if no then you are at wrong thread. tell us what box, what system you are using. more info please. thanks

                  I’m using Dreamlink prime T2 (5g). Under settings it shows me my MAC # is 00:1e... there is an ID # that starts with 00 1a ... no semicolons... I entered the MAC # and I got the error message and I entered the ID # and got the error message as well.

                    you should post under dreamlink T2 section. however im going to help you here and if mod wants to separate thread up to them.
                    you need to attach your id starts with 00:1A;79........
                    turn off your box, go to provider site and delete Mac and hit save and reset.
                    then log in again and this time attach your id 00:1A;79........ hit save and perform reset. (remember your portal thats shows on your provider site).
                    now turn on your box, and Mac sure your Mac or id and portal is correct. if is correct it should automatically connect you.
