  • DOL2 “Account Blocked or Expired” But DOL works fine

    Today for some reason DOL2 kept saying my account is blocked or expired on my T1+, so I did an IPTV reset and changed my DNS settings, but it still won’t work. So, I tried the older app DOL and it worked fine (without changing DNS).

    I also installed stbEmu and it worked fine (after IPTV reset).

    So possibly a solution to the connection problems some people are having is to try a different IPTV app.

    It sucks if Dreamlink is blocking their customers. I have two (T2 and T3) both are doing the same again. can't be happy.

      Yea, me too, thanks for the info I will try the DOL and see how that goes
      Tried all that with the DNS and DOL, no joy and what is it looking for the ID or MAC?

        I gues the issue is with the servers, as they recently were renew and maybe moved, the mac are being blocked and changing the portal or re-starting a few times fixes it but after a few hours goes back again.
        hang in there I am sure they are looking into this, hope it is soon when the fix it.
        go to papiao and change the protal, change it in the box and connect. that works for mean time.

          If you’re going to use the older DOL app, make sure you enter all the information (server, username and password) correctly in the settings and do an IPTV reset before launching the app. Been working fine for the last 2 days.
          I don’t think it’s a server problem, I believe it’s a problem with DOL2 app.

            My similar problem, settings challenge and juggling btw DOL2/DOL/DOL2 IS RESOLVED !!! I reloaded DOL2 (after many hours w/o service) and the damn thing WORKS...try it! Happy steam testing.

              Guys, I had the same problem for couple days now. I changed port, reset password, and IP. Now its back up and running....hope this help.

                question here, how do you change the dns on a dreamlink t1? I have tryed and it wouldnt let me change , and when it did it would only let me change one number then would automatically go to loading screen.

                  I am still not up I don't know about a user name and password, my sheet says to not check the box I tried DOL and entered in my url but is said service not available so I got nothing. I changed the DNSs that made no difference (you change them in the internet on the box not in the DOL) anyway I am hoping someone will post something that will help me.

                    Follow the instruction I wrote in this post. Push the set-up key on your keyboard if you have a MAG box to go to the set-up portal.

                    Add the following DNS in your private router
                    Primary: 8.8.8.8
                    Secondary: 208.69.38.205

                    In your IPTV Box (MAG) you can change the DNS in System Setting >> Network >> Wired/or/Wireless >> Auto (DHCP), manual DNS >> enter the 8.8.8.8. If that doesn't work try the 208.69.38.205 DNS after you follow the above instruction.
