Something wired is happening with my t1 plus control

Every time I press Ok on my control remote ,turns my T1 plus off... it does not meter the situation....it just goes off every time. Please any suggestions how to fix this.... if i am using the guide and i choose a channel by pressing ok it will turn off and it goes to the channel i selected ...it will get my command ....what can i do to fix this ....thanks

Have you opened it up and cleaned it?

Yes i did clean it and still turns off when i hit Ok
