HBO is 183

I've tried everything to get my channels to the way they were awhile back like HBO is suppose to be 300 mine are 183 and up would you advise do a factory reset? I have a Dreamlink T1+ Thanks in advance

I run the same box but a plus and don't have the problem.You could do a factory reset but you will have to redo all your settings.

Doing the factory reset did it fix your problem I have the same problem with all my dreamlink boxes

Yes it worked but make sure you write your setting information down correctly I thought I did but one little mistake takes a lot to correct. Thanks to the guys who suggested I do a factory reset.
