    Your Welcome i wish i could do more but i'm limited to the keyboard lol.But check the few things i mentioned and let me know what you come up.Because once the mac is attached to your account the box will connect.Even if it's the wrong portal.Then you would only get the free channels if it's wrong.This is of course, you didn't make a mistake putting in the URL.

      So you were right there is an issue with the WIFI provider and they are working on the issue, i really appreciate the time and effort you have given me along the way!
