Your account is blocked or expired Dreamlink t1 plus

I have been using this dreamlink T1 for a couple of years now . When i went to turn it on tonight I got this message your account is blocked or expired
I went into donation checker and there was no MAC address so i reset it using the correct info and it said i still had over 200 days remaining .
I started the Dreamlink back up thinking I had the problem fixed but i still get the same message
Anyone have any idea ?

At the same Donation Checker site try doing an IPTV Reset and if that does not help try setting it to all countries.

are you sure you have you have portal address correct?

For some reason the address did not match the address in my donation checker. It is up and running now. Thanks for the help

u have to use the mac on ur dreamlink box. underneath.

reset iptv in checker

unplug dreamlink....

plug back in and start...should work
