Cant get new T2 Box to connect???

Hello i have made my donation and received the email with the log in information
but when i go to DOL2 on my new T2 box i cant get it to connect to the url
i tried with the username and password and without
also tried resetting my iptv account still no luck
i have also put in the mac ID and it still wont connect
what am i doing wrong?

ok so i think i found my problem i wont let me change my mac ID it says that the one i am trying to put in already exists so how can i get this fixed?

Take a picture of the mac thats attached to the box and send a email to papiao with release mac please in the headline and they will do it.

ok i have sent them an email from my yahoo account and attached a pic with me holding the back of the T2 box up and matching it to the sticker on the packing box
i sure hope this gets fixed soon otherwise im out of luck

Check your box i was able to attach the mac you gave me.
