If my memory is still working, i think you need to open DOL1 OR 2 and then it shows in the top left

If one is watching Live TV it's not going to be there so when does it show up? No, mine works but I'm not on it right now and I'm asking for the OP.

If the OP is watching live tv, just hit exit, that will take you out and display the DOL menu, with the mac in the top right

not mine only shows signal strength,day and date,time, no mac.

opening DOL2 it goes to connecting to iptv. no sign of a mac add

Like Gall says it should be on a sticker on the box or on the box it came in. I will go look and see exactly where it is.

Load Dol2 and then hit menu go into settings at the bottom.Then scroll down and you will see the mac address.
