    My live channels work but the VOD looks like it downloading but it never starts playing I've rebooted it and nothing. anyone else having that type trouble?

    I thought i read somewhere to uninstall DOL and reinstall and that worked for another member.

      Could someone please tell me the right way to uninstall DOL I don't want to do something I can't fix. Thanks.
