factory reset problem

I did a factory reset not knowing I had to re-enter my portal URL. I assumed the dreamlink would keep all that information.The box shows my mac address but don't have the portal URL information. Do not not have any info on my donation since my computer crashed and lost all the info. It looks like all goes well except for the URL info,i tried entering .1.iptvprivateserver thru 5.iptvprivateserver.tv.

Are you entering like this" http://p1.iptvprivateserver.tv/"
try that and if that doesn't work try all portals just replacing the "1"

Check your donation using the donation checker and make sure your url is correct.

I entered http://p1.iptvprivateserver.tv/: like you said and it loaded up and the 3 boxes " my apps" "market" "setting" I clicked on DOL2 but nothing happens and I don't know how to re enter a different portal from here to try if that will work. I don't have a donation number to check since my computer crash.

Re entered the all the url's today and finally one worked {p4.iptvprivateserver.tv/} . It did not work yesterday but it came up today. Thanks Alex-levy and nightmare for all your help

Stopped working, came up as portal problem.Might just be that my sub ran out,can't tell because I don't have enough information to check my sub. I bought a NEW sub from papiao not a renewal,so I did a factory reset but I don't know where to enter my new username. tried entering the new URL but that doesn't work. So now I have a new sub and can't use it. Please help!

You will need to log into the account and attach you mac address and use the portal that matches the account in the T1. Username and password are no longer needed.

Your mac might also be attached to your other donation and will need to be unlinked before you can attach it to the new donation you purchased.

I logged into my account and added my mac address but it came back as "mac address already exists'. Well I guess I already have an active account but I bought a new one because it was very close to the end anyway.

I wrote my reply while you were giving me a second reply. I'll try to see if I can unlink my old account. I don't have information on it that's why I got a new sub.
