Bluetooth dongle

Anyone knows if I can use an USB dongle to connect any Bluetooth device (a gamepad, mouse, etc).

Yes.
Most Android devices usually have Blutooth modules built in, but a dongle should work as long as it is Android capable. (self loading android software built into dongle)
