Donation not working

I Purchased 1 donation on Friday January 27 and trying it on two different boxes, a Formuler z7 and a Dreamlink T1 plus and none of them work, I keep getting "your account is blocked or expired“ Contact your service provider.
I do iptv reset as well as rebooting my router. What could possibly causing this problem?

make sure your url match on your box and provider site.
did you attach your Mac address? your Mac starts with 00:1A:79....
set country lock to all and isp lock off.
