    Posting this on behalf of family member…

    I have a dreamlink dlite and lately it’s had a lot of lagging. I’ve changed the portal to see if that did anything and had the internet company come out and check out connection. The download average speed is 27mbps… latency 17ms and upload is 8.5. Everything else at home streams fine… I’ve had the dream link for about 3 years now. Do I need an upgrade or is there anything I can do to fix it?

    try using vpn if you are not and see if that helps.

        also I tried to get a vpn set up thru an app and it says it won’t connect

          Go to settings/apps and look for mol app and open it.Then go to cache and clear it.Don't clear data.
